FEDEX EXPRESS/ JA INTERNATIONAL TRADE CHALLENGE 2024 LOCAL FINALS
The FedEx Express/ JA International Trade Challenge (ITC) 2024 contest showcased many high-quality domestic entries, highlighting the investment in market research and business analysis capabilities of middle and high school contestants nationwide.
On June 23, the National Final Round of the FedEx Express/ JA International Trade Challenge (ITC) 2024 welcomed 24 top contestants, all competing for the opportunity to represent Vietnam in the Asia-Pacific Final Round in Singapore.
After over three hours of business proposal presentations and rigorous debates in response to questions from the jury, the six best Vietnamese representatives were chosen to advance to the Asia-Pacific Final Round, which will be hosted by Singapore in August 2024..png)
Top 12 during Local Finals
The six Vietnamese representatives hail Hanoi Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, HNUE High School for Gifted students, iSchool Nha Trang, and The Dewey Schools. These students delivered exceptional performances, demonstrating critical thinking, thorough market research, product development processes, and outstanding presentation and problem-solving skills in English. Do Phan Truong An, a 9th grade student at The Dewey Schools, and one of the two youngest Vietnamese representatives, shared: "Our team is very happy and joyful. We want to thank JA and FedEx for operating this competition. We learned a lot, and this is such a brilliant experience for us. We are very proud of our product and our presentation, and we cannot wait to show our business sense and skills to our foreign counterparts."

The FedEx Express/JA ITC (International Trade Challenge) is an annual competition organized by Junior Achievement (JA) to nurture the entrepreneurial spirit and skills of students. Through the contest, students practice and improve their knowledge of international trade and are equipped with essential soft skills for life. The competition requires each participating team to develop a plan to penetrate the international market with various products and services. Teams go through two qualifying rounds to select the best teams for the national final round. The three winning teams will participate in the ITC Asia-Pacific competition, competing with teams from across the Asia-Pacific region.
